, when the mining enterprise was put into production in 2013, the two ball mills used our company's "phoenix-shaped" brand high chromium balls and the high chromium balls of tieli * wear-resistant materials co., ltd. to carry out comparative tests for nearly 6 months. the unit consumption of steel balls in our company has been stable at 0.56-0.59kg/ton of raw ore, with a crushing rate of 0.2. In addition, the unit consumption of steel balls by the manufacturer is as high as 0.68kg/ton of raw ore, and the crushing rate is close to 3%, which seriously affects the amount of ore treated and the fineness of grinding. Compared with this mill of our company, the efficiency is lower by more than 70 tons/hour and the fineness is lower by more than 5%. After evaluation and discussion, the customer replaced the other mill with a "phoenix-shaped" brand, with a processing capacity of 53000 tons/day, exceeding the designed output of 3000 tons. Up to now, the customer has used more than 48000 tons of our products with good results.
