The mill adopts the form of double-compartment plate, of which the grate plate is in the form of anti-blocking. The width of the warehouse plate is 9mm and the width of the discharge grate plate, only the second warehouse uses five-wave corrugated lining plate; The grinding body of the mill has 6 tons of φ 40 steel balls, 35 tons of φ 30 steel balls, 25 tons of φ 25 steel balls and 2 tons of φ 20 steel balls. The second warehouse has 5 tons of φ 25 steel balls, 66 tons of φ 20 steel balls and 86 tons of φ 17 steel balls. Filling rate of each warehouse: 28.5 per cent for one warehouse and 30.3 per cent for two warehouses. Cement raw material ratio: clinker 80%, gypsum 3.5, limestone 4%, slag 4%, fly ash 3%, mineral powder 5.5.

In 2012, the mill ball consumption decreased significantly after all the mills were replaced with phoenix-shaped steel balls.
