Anhui FENGXING Wear Resistant Materials LTD. has attached great
importance to training and bringing up a high-tech talent contingent. It
is because that the market competition means talent competition in the final
analysis. Only by possessing a group of elite for technical management,
can an enterprise keep on innovation and establish itself in an unassailable
position. Our plant has built a talent building and worked out a series
of preferential policies so as to create an atmosphere for the growing-up
of talents. In this way, the activities in our enterprise management will
be permeated with the thinking of "respecting knowledge, respecting
talents and appointing people on their merits", and it will be possible
for us to introduce talents without draining.
At present, our plant has
40-odd senior or medium-level technical personnel and has established a
research institute for wear-resistant materials and a provincial-level technical
center. Moreover, we are making preparations for the establishment of the
first pilot base for wear-resistant materials in China, and a quality supervision
and inspection center for the State building materials and machinery products
in collaboration with the State Building Material Bureau. For a long time
past, our plant has put a great deal of manpower and material resources
into talent cultivation, technical and installations upgrading. The aim
in doing so is to dramatically promote the development of wear-resistant
material sector in China and gradually reach and overtake the technical
level of our counterparts in developed countries.
The quality objectives
for our enterprise lie in: maintaining Chinese famous trademarks, stabilizing
the leading position in our sector and gradually expanding the shares of
international markets.
