| Anhui FENGXING Wear Resistant Materials LTD. mainly produces
"Fengxing Brand" wear resistant media and grinding machinery
parts including: chrome series of alloy cast balls, bars, medium-carbon
and medium-chrome alloy steel cast liners and high manganese steel
castings. Its products manufactured by the original technology are
characterized by fine quality, high fficiency, excellent wear resistance,
low breaking ratio, low application cost and remarkable economic gains.
The manufacturing technology occupies the leading position at home
and reaches the international advanced level. Its products have won
the titles of "Provincial Quality Product", "Ministerial-Level
Quality Product" and several grand awards from the State. Therefore,
the technology has been listed into State-level "Torch Program"
projects, mining technology extension projects in the State eighth
"Five-Year Plan" and the technology extension projects in
the ten-year program for the State energy system. |

The
"Fengxing Brand" trademark has been assessed as a famous
trademark in Anhui Province and won the title of brand name in Anhui
Province for two consecutive sessions. In 1998, our plant passed the
accreditation of ISO9002 Quality System and the International Standards.
In 1999, the "Fengxing Brand" trademark has designated as
a famous trademark by the State Industrial and Commercial Bureau.
And in July of 2001, our plant passed the accreditation of IOS9001
revised version (2000 version).
The enterprise owns
VRH molding technology imported from Japan, which is up to the international
level in the 1990s, and has built a mechanical cast steel production
line with an annual capacity of 10000t and an automatic heat treating
production line. It has also set up a sound and complete quality assurance
system. It has a quality inspection contingent with perfect mastery
of skills and a top-notch physicochemical testing center at home.
Its direct-reading spectroscopic analyzer FSQ imported from the

| US can obtain exact
data for 22 elements of molten steel within two minutes. Our plant
will gradually set up quality-related responsibility system, check
system for rewards and penalties with quality veto power as the top
priority, and stringent quality control program in line of ISO9001
quality system, constituting a powerful and comprehensive quality
control network. |
