Our
company has been recognized by both the National Commission of
Science and Technology and by the Commission of Science and
Technology for the Province of Anhui and we have received the
designation "High and New Technology Enterprise" and "Regional
Economic Enterprise".
Our expertise in the field of wear resistant metals has resulted in
the trade mark
FENGXING
being acknowledged with the "Chinese Famous Trade Mark" National
designation.
Our manufacturing plant combines both modern International equipment
and our proprietary equipment developed by ANHUI NINGGUO Foundry.
Equipment includes:
A
Metal-Mold
automatic ball casting production lines.
A proprietary
automatic multiple sand mold casting lines.
A special
Vacuum Mold equipment and process system
imported from Japan.
Automatic continuous transfer lines for mold thermal control and for
heat treatment process control.
To maximize the use of this equipment we have established an
internal quality control system
and
have combined this with the International recognized ISO (9001)
QA system and the IQ. Net
certification.
As a responsible corporate entity we have also been awarded the
ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification.
To
continue our leadership in our expertise in Wear Resistant metals
Anhui FENGXING opened the first Wear Resistant metal Research Center
in China in 1992. This center is equipped with the most advanced
testing equipment to allow Research and Quality Assurance testing
for all our metal products.
FENGXING media is used to grind product in the Cement, Mining, Coal
and Power Industries.
Our Media is produced in (8) series comprising of greater than (100)
metal compositions.
All of these have received National and Provincial recognition for
their superior Quality,
The FENGXING product is included in the "One Hundred Famous
Products" which is awarded by China to superior private enterprises.
Our product has been utilized throughout China and Asia for many
years and recently we have exported to the USA, Canada,
Australia and more than (30) other countries around the world.
We
are pleased to announce that we are going to hold meeting at
LAKE MEILAN Int'l Convention Center in Shanghai China
beginning of May 17,2006,the meeting is primarily designed for the
trade circles, but it is open to the public too. We will discuss
current problems facing the international trade, and new technical &
technique in wear resistant material and other alloyed steel and
iron casting for Mine, Cement and Power Station etc.
