He
has turned initial assets of 8 , 000 yuan into 400 million yuan ,
and a small workshop into the largest wear - resistant materials plant
in Asia . He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fengxing Enterprise
, and the director of the general plant . His life cycle: peasant-soldier-entrepreneur.
The poverty in the
countryside and tempering in the army have brought Chen Zongming a
character of "always going beyond what is proper". He has
created numerous firsts in the wear-resistant materials industry.
One of his masterpieces was being the first to develop low chrome
alloy cast balls in China. He fulfilled the national "Torch Program"
projects of manufacturing micro-balls and micro-units, thereby filling
a gap in the domestic market. "Fengxing Brand" wear-resistant
materials have become conspicuous brand names at home, with market
shares ranking first among competitor factories. He also made three
breakthroughs in Ningguo City, i.e., "10 million yuan product
value", "10 million yuan profit and tax", and "10
million yuan tax paid". His life's realization is that "a
man should dare to think first of all. Only by daring to think, can
he dare to do. The planning lies with man, the outcome also lies with
man. Daring to struggle hard will bring victory."

While

new wear resistant materials in an era of wear-resistant media. They
have successively developed such products as capsular balls, complex
balls and high chrome alloy micro-balls, which have replaced imported
products and filled a significant gap in the domestic market.
